One Health in Action: Ending Inequalities to achieve global health

What is this day ?

This one-day international conference aims to bring together students and young professionals with top-researchers and professionals that are working on the development and implementation of integrated approaches to address current global health problems.

Aim of  this event

The One Health Concept, which advocates for an intersectoral and multidisciplinary approach to addressing complex health issues, has gained widespread acceptance and support. However, despite its popularity, challenges remain in having a well-defined structure, specific collaborations, and actionable measures at local, national, and international levels.

Education, training, and research are essential in transforming this multi-faceted concept into tangible actions. These three components are fundamental. This year, the third edition of the Infectious Diseases and One Health (IDOH) day is dedicated to actions taken in One Health aiming in ending inequalities to achieve global health.

Together, let’s educate and train the next generation of One Health experts!
